Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

The following conditions may apply in the event of any cancellation:

  • Cancellation done more than seven calendar days prior to the tour date: 5% of cancellation fee
  • Cancellation done 4 – 7 days prior to the tour date: 20% of cancellation fee
  • Cancellation within 3 days prior to the tour date: 100% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation done after or on the day of the tour: 100% cancellation fee

Please note that gift certificates are both non-refundable and non-cancellable.

4.2 No Show

If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel related services.
